Can I start Strength Training at 50
Of course you can! Don't let social media tell you otherwise. While age related muscle and bone loss are real, these can be minimized or even reversed with correct training. I use a selection of barbells which allows me to start you with very low weights and progress you slowly.

Personal training can cost from 50 to 100 dollars an hour on top of a gym membership. I charge 40 dollars an hour, and no gym membership is required. When you are hiring a personal trainer, you should ask about their qualifications, certifications, and expertise. I hold a master's degree in Physiology and Kinesiology.
