Welcome to my Strength Services.
My passion for strength and conditioning began with my own competitive journey as a powerlifter. This experience inspired me to earn certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In addition, I hold a master's degree in applied Physiology and Kinesiology. Aside from my Strength qualifications, I hold masters degree in Sociology and Social work. I regard stregth as key component to developing the whole person.
As a husband and father, I am deeply committed to helping others reach their fitness goals. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support your progress toward a stronger and healthier life.
