How much should personal training cost?

Personal training can cost from 50 to 100 dollars an hour on top of a gym membership. I charge 40 dollars an hour, and no gym membership is required.

When you are hiring a personal trainer, you should ask about their qualifications, certifications, and expertise. I hold a master's degree in Physiology and Kinesiology. I am a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a focus on barbell training.
